Boundless Toddler Energy

My little guy is full of energy these days. Running. Exploring. Laughing. Saying No. Mothering a toddler can be absolutely wonderful and absolutely draining. On days when I'm so exhausted and can barely get anything done around the house I'm reminded of the words in Ecclesiastes 3:1 "There is a time for everything, and a season for every activity under the heaven." There will come a time when my little boy will not be so little and I'll long to have these days back. So for now I'll let the laundry pile a bit and let washing the kitchen floor wait and relish this season that will blow away before I know it. What an amazing gift to be entrusted with this little guy!

Hello friend. I'm sorry I haven't written in a while..I think I called a while ago and didn't hear back...but you've been busy traveling and with a toddler...I know that can be busy since I have two..ha! I had to scroll down and read your posts to see where you were...I'm sorry about how unsure you are with the clinic and situation. I wish we'd known...but it's never to late to pray for you. We think about you guys often and wished we'd actually stayed in touch and maybe see Jeff and you guys when you're in CO...if you still come out??? Please know we love and miss you all a ton!
